If you're having a complete break, then there are several options to eat out or take away.

The Walhalla Lodge Hotel (Wally Pub)
Also known as the Wally, they have excellent meals, lunch and dinner, and are open every day except Tuesdays.  Best to book or let Bob know you're coming as they may close early if it's quiet on weeknights.   Alternatively it can get busy on weekends and public holidays, so reserve a table.

Walhalla General Store and Miners Café
Open Wednesdays and weekends  for groceries, take away food and hot and cold  drinks.   (Not a huge range of fresh fruit and veg or meat).  The Miners Café, open for reservations.

Walhalla Star Hotel-Parker's Restaurant
Fine dining in the a la carte 'Parker's Restaurant'.  Dinners only.  Reservations necessary as priority is given to hotel guests. (No children).

Open daily from 11am to 2pm for cake and coffee, or a variety of pies and cold drinks.

Walhalla Coffee
Open every day, 8a.m until 5p.m for breakfast, lunch, snacks and coffee.  Try their all day breakfast for just $15.
